Breakfast

String cheese, doritos, grasshopper cookies, a fuze drink, and a bite of a veggie hot pocket from one of my students (super gross)

Dinner
Chicken Fajitas (makes 8 servings)
3 chicken breasts cooked and then cut with my awesome Pampered Chef salad choppers
flour tortillas (Wally World doesn’t have wheat ugh!)
one green bell pepper and one red bell pepper and 3/4 of one red onion
fajita spices (a dash of each) cumin, paprika, seasalt, pepper, garlic powder, chili/onion powder
Calorie Count: about 300 give or take a few
After Body Pump (-600 calories) Dessert
Calorie Count: Probably 300 (about 3/4 a cup)
