Krista’s Pantry

I mainly shop at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods or Harris Teeter. 

My pantry includes these staples:

  • Amazing Grass Packets
  • Canned Pumpkin
  • Clif Bars
  • Fiber One Bars, Luna Bars, Kashi Bars, TJs bars, Lara Bars…etc.
  • Oats: Steel Cut, Old Fashioned, Quick-never ever prepackaged!!
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Granola
  • 100 calorie popcorn
  • tomato paste
  • fat free pizza sauce
  • Kashi crackers
  • Animal Crackers
  • Rice Krispies
  • water
  • No Pudge Brownies
  • FF/SF pudding (lots of variety for those chocolate cravings)
  • other canned veggies, tuna, white chicken, etc.
  • Agave nectar
  • honey
  • whole wheat flour
  • packed brown sugar
  • lots of spices
  • polenta
  • whole wheat pasta
  • Food Should Taste Good chips
  • blue corn tortilla chips

 My fridge staples are:

  • fresh fruit and veggies from the farmer’s market, locally grown, or organic
  • yogurt: Oikos, Stonyfield,  TJ’s, Dannon Light n Fit
  • TJ’s turkey and ham
  • light cheese slices from Trader Joe’s
  • light string cheese
  • 1% milk and soy milk
  • Organic Valley chocolate milk
  • ff coffee creamer
  • different salsas and dressings to change things up
  • turkey pepperoni
  • hummus
  • local cheese
  • wine
  • black bean dip
  • various sauces and marinades

There are some light ice cream sandwiches and popsicles in my freezer too:)
